It's in the mid-90's, and still at the peak of hurricane season.

The local, Dutch Valley 'Home Cooking' restaurant recently re-worked their dining interior for a new fall look. For added flair, the restaurant's current owner, an elderly Cuban gentleman, threw in a little Latin glitter over-the-top of the original owner's, austere Amish, mural decor of central Pennsylvania.
