October's - Homes & Garden Issue

A special place along the Manatee River - circa 1905. Knocked on the door and an older 'old' man appeared in his drawers and tee-shirt - beer in hand and a lit cigarette - and all the while, preceding to show me around his river front property. Real friendly guy.

My son Matt comes home
