talking insurance

After three auto accidents, in three different vehicles in a 5 week period (latest / my son's Ford truck) - most my time has been on the phone with insurance companies.  Time consuming non-sense with many non-returned calls.  Today, just trying to get the latest, at-fault party's insurance company to return a call - or at the least, just to get a person to answer one of my calls.  I usually start leaving messages early @ 9:00 am - still in my bathrobe.
